These are the things that make or break a great call. Please read each one — it takes 2 minutes and will make your session significantly more productive.
Do not join from a moving vehicle
We get it — life is busy. But please do not take this call while driving. You won't be able to look at the screen, share materials, or give your idea the focus it deserves. Pull over or reschedule.
Bring any sketches or reference images
Have your hand sketches, photos, inspiration images, or existing product references ready to share on screen. You don't need 3D files or technical drawings — a napkin sketch works. We just need something to look at together.
Log on a few minutes early and test your audio & camera
Join the Zoom meeting 2–3 minutes before the call starts. This gives you time to confirm everything is working before we begin. Here's how to test:

Brandon opens the 3D software and builds while you watch and direct every detail in real time. Your input on every decision — no guessing, no weeks of back-and-forth, no misunderstood emails.

You approve the design — then we release your files
At the end of the session, you review the finished design. You only pay once your project is complete and you're completely satisfied. When you approve, your manufacturing-ready STEP file is released immediately — full IP ownership, no strings attached.

Step 2: DESIGN BUILD
Then we'll start to get into all the details needed to bring your product to life by building a detailed CAD file that will have all the information you need for you to simply submit it to a 3D printing or manufacturer of your choice so you have a live prototype to use, test or sell.
Step 3: SHARED 3D FILE
We'll create a 3D file you can easily link to so you can easily shared it with friends, family, team members or potential customers or investors.
